Try, try try.

My nails were in a pretty bad shape for quite a while now. And as they started to look a little bit more adequate I have decided that it is time to start painting them once again.
And to start off my nail journey of this year, I have decided to go with the simple but cute design.

The nail polish used on these nails is Coral Reef from Avon. And I must say that the color has disappointed me this time. It used to be a really bright orange-ish color, which looked stunning every season. As my old nail polish dried out, I have decided to buy a new bottle of the same color and... Oh Go.
The color was completely different! It was pink-ish and not bright at all. Two coats made it look better but it is still not the same. Well that's a bummer.
Anyways, at least my nails look NEAT!

Cats, cats everywhere.

Cats are super awesome, OK?! But one thing that bothers me is that... I am allergic to them. How horrible  is that!? I mean really, I'd pet them all day long if I could. There are more than 5 cats living right outside my house, I see them everywhere everyday and I cannot touch them.
But I found a way to solve this - CATS ON NAILS!
YUP! I am wearing cat-inspired nail art and now I have 10 cats, instead of none. And the best part is that I don't sneeze and cry around them lol. Hope my staffordshire terrier won't get jealous because of this.
This nail art was extremely easy. Super quick to do - just a background for the cats fur color, and faces done with a toothpick and black/white nail polish.
You guys should try this one out on your nails. It is if you like cats, of course. :)

So what do you think? Meow meow??

Disco on the nails.

Another weekend - another nail art.
Well to be honest I did these yesterday while I had time at my boyfriend's work place. As I do not have a job at the moment I spend a lot of time home and I hate being home when Keiran isn't there, so that is why he takes me with him when he goes to work.
I'm helping him out with some paper work, but most of the time I make tea and do my nails there. That is how helpful I am lol.
So anyways this time I grabbed my black nail polish with me and using acrylics I created something that Keiran named as "Disco nails".
I took a pencil, dipped it in the red acrylics and made a line of dots across my nail and then continues dotting with the blue color.
Added top coat and the nails were done.
This was one of the fastest designs I ever did and Keiran's colleagues complemented me on my nails so many times.
Anyways, If you want a quick and eye-catching nail design  try doing this.

And yes, I got a paper-cut... Paper can be dangerous sometimes.

Thank you for stepping by my blog and come back again!

Glittery Things In Life.

Hey!
Did you miss me? I know you didn't but I am glad to announce that I am officially BACK in nail art creation.
Yes, I have finally passed all the exams for this semester (yay) and I have enough time to do nail stuff. ( at least until I find a job lol) but nevertheless I will be doing my nails more often from now on.
I will make it up to you guys for disappearing like that, I promise.
And since today feels like spring ( at last, I was so tired of snow already) I decided to add more glitter to the day.
If you were checking out my blog these two weeks, you know that I have received an Adore Box with a cute pink-ish glittery polish inside. And today I had the chance to try it out on nails.
And not to make it too simple and boring, I added some black polish on the tips of the nails.
Tried to make it as rough as possible to create a decent contrast between glitter and solid color.
And it looks good actually. I planned on doing nail video tomorrow but now I might postpone for another day to get a chance to wear this design for a little bit longer.

And here is how they look like:

Pictures are so sunny and bright <3 and you can see the little tomatoes growing. My grandmother always grows something on my windows. Every spring.

I think this nail polish look pretty awesome. What do you think about it?
Have a super awesome day and comeback soon for something new for your nails.

Easter Rabbits.

Today will be just a quick post with a quick and super easy nail art.
I don't have a lot of free time because of the University exams, but I had to do something quick and sweet for the Easter. And here is what I did:

Using all the fun colors, I did the background for my Easter nails.  These polishes were bought in UK in Primark in a set. I do not remember if this set had a name but doesn't matter, I'm not sure they are still selling those anyway.
Then I grabbed my acrilics and started speed-drawing bunnies on my nails. Cute and super easy - in about 2 minutes I have "bunnified" my nails.
And in addition, I drew a cute little chick hatching from its egg for Easter.
Add a top coat and here you are - cuteness on your nails in 5 minutes.

Come back again on the weekends to see another awesome nail art! <3
And Happy Easter!

My "Magneto" experience.

Hello!
I must say, bare with me for two more weeks - I have an exam session going on at University and that is why my nails are taking a break from epic nail art.
BUT It doesn't mean I don't do anything nail-related.
This time I did this Magnetic nail art on my mom's nails. She usually asks me to do something simple on her nails and as I recently discovered a new nail polish type I decided to give it a try.
So the first time I saw Magnetic nail polish was in The Little Canvas 's blog. And I must tell you I felt kinda embarrassed for not knowing that polish can do that lol.
And I definitely have never thought that I would find that polish somewhere in my local stores, but whadya know, I went to buy some tattoo stencil paper and there it was, right at the cashier's desk.
But I think it is enough with the words - here is my first experience being Magneto.

I'm sorry if my voice sounds weird in this video. I've been sneezing all day and there was nothing I could do with it.

I think they turned out great.
Thank you for reading and some back soon!

Angels And Airwaves Nail Art

The first thing that I must say is - It was a surprise for me  not to find an AVA inspired nail art when I Googled it. I mean, really?
I love the band, the songs, the music, the lyrics the videos.. How can you not LOVE them after listening to at least one song?
If you have never listened to their masterpieces - shame on you! But here is a chance to make things right - I will post their song at the end of the post.

ANYWAYS, here is a quick preview in photos -

Annnnd here is the video! TRUST ME it is worth watching - there is always "something special" added in it!

Love it! I'll be wearing this design for as long as possible!

Thank you for stepping by this weekend and "Spread Hope Like Fire" (c)

PS. here is a video for you -

Oh and I have ordered this today -
